In 2025 we will be celebrating 35 Years of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child! Children are invited to participate in our poster competition reflecting the 2025 theme ‘celebrating children’. The winning artwork will be
professionally adapted and reproduced for the 2025 National Children’s Week Poster.
Entries close Friday, 7 February 2025.
Guidelines
Artwork Submission Guidelines
Original Work:
All artwork must be the children’s original work.
Do not include any characters from TV shows, movies, or other copyrighted material.
Theme:
The artwork must reflect the theme: ‘Everyone should know about Children’s Rights’.
Use of Colour and Space:
- Use bold, fun, and vibrant colours.
- Fill as much of the page as possible.
Recommended materials include:
- Coloured markers
- Crayons
- Paint
- Pastels
- Collage materials
- Avoid messy or bulky materials such as glitter, stickers, or felt.
- Pencils are not recommended.
A3 or larger format that can be reproduced. Please upload a high quality scan of the poster.
